Double-ply mercerized fabric, commonly referred to as double mercerized cotton fabric, is a high-quality cotton material that undergoes special treatment. The fabric uses double-ply yarn during the weaving process, making the texture thicker and softer, while also enhancing the fabric's durability and wear resistance.

The FF metal letters are formed three-dimensionally using high-temperature molds to ensure sharp edges without deformation. The metal surface is electroplated, and edge burrs are removed via laser cutting to ensure sharpness without any rough edges. Positioning is handled through high-temperature precision die-casting. The metal letters are fixed onto the fabric surface, with temperature control necessary to avoid damaging the fibers.
