MIU MIU x New Balance launches a new work, the 530. The secondary brand "Miu Miu", founded by Miuccia Prada in 1993, has teamed up with the well-known American brand "New Balance" to launch a new collaborative shoe, the "530", which will be featured in the MIU MIU 2024 Spring/Summer collection.
The collaboration between MIU MIU and New Balance once again brings a fresh, unique style. This collaboration is based on the classic "MR530", a model that first debuted in the 2000s and has now been refined into a sophisticated fashion item. It features a characteristic suede upper, presented in striking beige and brown shades. The tongue tag displays dual branding, and the laces feature a double-layer design of cotton and leather, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship.
Following the Issey Miyake x New Balance collaboration, the standard Miu Miu x New Balance collaboration continues to be announced.
Judging from the detail images, although it's not a deconstructed style, the color choices of bronze and sand, combined with the use of special materials, give its distressed feel a unique character.
Another major design feature is the sole; the New Balance 530 sports sole has been replaced with a thin sole.
The upper, crafted from a combination of leather and suede, offers great texture.
The laces adopt the recently popular double-lace design, with each pair of shoes equipped with three sets of laces. The Maillard color scheme paired with the leather upper provides excellent texture.
