Material: Lambskin + sheep wool, lined with cupro fiber.
High-count wool for the main body, undergoes multiple processes of milling, compression, and grinding, making the fiber structure denser. The finished product is stiff, wear-resistant, while retaining the natural wool's flexibility and warmth.
Sleeve suede lambskin uses imported top-grain lambskin, processed through degreasing, tanning, and sanding to create a fine suede feel. The cutting requirements for this type of leather are extremely high, requiring consistent grain direction to achieve a uniform and fine visual effect in the finished garment.
The chest Louis Vuitton handwritten logo uses high-density chain stitch embroidery. The stitches are tightly arranged and elastic, not only maintaining the three-dimensionality of the pattern but also ensuring long-lasting durability without loosening.
Ribbed knitting: The collar, cuffs, and hem all use a double-layer ribbed machine weaving process with two-color threaded yarn, ensuring elasticity and anti-deformation properties, preventing sagging after long-term wear.
Seam stitching: The拼接 seams between the woolen fabric and leather use double-needle lock stitching. The stitching is even and high-strength, ensuring tension balance between the fabrics and preventing the leather from stretching and deforming.
Accessories and Hardware:
• Custom metal buckle: The placket fastener is exclusively molded to match the original factory standard, featuring a LV embossed logo on both the front and back sides. The surface undergoes electroplating and anti-oxidation treatment to ensure shine and durability.
• Pocket opening craftsmanship: The inside of the slash pockets is lined with twill fabric, which enhances durability and prevents deformation of the pocket opening from frequent use.
