I've been waiting for so long for these Balenciaga spring shoes, the X-Pander, and finally got them!
When the X-Pander was first released, I thought it looked particularly cool. I have to say, Balenciaga's designs are still very avant-garde. The heel looks like a spring, but in reality, it's especially sturdy and doesn't move at all.
I kept the white pair for myself. Actually, I think the black and yellow ones are quite nice too, but I feel white might be more versatile with pants and clothes. When it comes to the distressed look, I really admire Balenciaga—it's genuinely very worn. The advantage is probably that you don't feel heartbroken about wearing them out and getting them dirty.
Finally, of course, I have to mention the height-increasing effect! Put them on and immediately gain 6cm off the ground! These definitely give the feeling of wearing high-heeled shoes. The foot sensation is slightly peculiar, but they are very worth getting. Sizes: 35-45
