Custom-made dense cotton twill denim flannel with full texture, comfortable and skin-friendly. Using vintage wash colors as a brushstroke, it embodies the pure simplicity of nature. The front features a clean and sleek lean fit style, with an imprint on the hood—quiet yet expressive. Clean lines outline the original charm of denim, with a minimalist appeal and versatile allure.
Process 1: The entire garment undergoes medium-filial washing, using a special solution to remove stains and achieve slight fading. Then, snow washing is applied through intense washing methods to fade the color, making it more even. The process is complex with high wastage.
Process 2: Pure handmade high-elastic screen printing technology. Each coloring and pressing withstands repeated stretching, washing, and other processes while maintaining the original shape and color, better reflecting the craftsman's exquisite skills and attention to detail.
Process 3: The entire garment is stitched using a flat-seaming machine. By changing needle positions, the flat-seaming machine controls the double-needle spacing to achieve seamless splicing, resulting in a flat and tidy finish.
